Prices

Prices listed on this site can change without notice. Prices at the time of order placement will apply. Posted prices include all taxes and charges. If additional charges or taxes arise, they will be specified on the website.

Payment

We accept Credit and Debit Card Payments via PayHere payment gateway, Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfer.

Shipping and Handling

We will manage product shipments. Shipping schedules are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon product delivery. If we cannot arrange reverse shipment due to logistic issues, you might need to send the products using available courier services.

Return of Products by you

Products can be returned if they are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, or incomplete. This is subject to us being informed within 72 hours from the delivery date and the products being in their original state.

Changes and Cancellation Changes to accepted orders can be made before shipping. Sales are final, but item cancellations and quantity changes can be made before shipping. We may cancel any accepted order before shipment based on credit approval or payment issues.

Refund

For orders canceled by you after procurement but before shipping, Shaz.lk will charge a restocking fee as per the product category. Some items will have a restocking fee of 25% of the order value, while others will have a fee of 10%. Refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be processed within 7-10 working days.

License and Website Access

General: Shaz.lk grants a limited license for personal use of this site. No part of this site may be modified without our written consent.

No license for commercial sale: This license does not permit any resale or commercial use of this site or its content.

Your Account
