Shaz LK customers can have their products conveniently delivered right to their doorsteps through our Island-Wide delivery service, managed by our trusted courier partners. However, it's essential to note that the provided delivery times might fluctuate due to unforeseen circumstances either from our suppliers or the courier services. Shaz LK cannot be held accountable for any unexpected shipment delays. Should any delay occur, we will make sure to keep you in the loop either via email or a phone call, ensuring you're always informed about your order's status.
- We strongly advise you to inspect your ordered items for any potential physical damages before finalizing the delivery. If you notice any damage, please decline the delivery.
- Shaz LK will not be held responsible for items that have been damaged in transit if the Proof of Delivery (POD) is signed and the items are received without objection.
- For your peace of mind, every product you order is carefully packed using Shaz LK's standard packing materials. Make it a point to review the packaging for any discrepancies before accepting the delivery.
