1. Cut the Wrapper: Roll out your choice of dough to an even thickness. Press the back side of the chosen mold down into the sheet to cut out a smooth dough round. 
2. Place and Fill: Open the mold and lay the dough circle flat across the crimped side. Place one rounded teaspoon of savory or sweet filling directly in the center. Tip: Do not overfill, or the edges will not seal correctly.
3. Moisten the Rim: Dab a tiny amount of water or egg wash with your finger around the perimeter of the dough wrapper to act as an adhesive.
