7. Microscope Usage:

1. Insert the battery, turn on the LED power switch;

2. Rotate the focus knob in counterclockwise, elevate lens barrel, adjust the light brightness;

3. Take samples first, place it on the glass slide, can cover with another glass slide as a coverslip. Then place the one with sample on the stage and fix with clip. Move specimens to intermediate aperture, adjust the objective to the uppermost;

4. Turn the objective lens to 100x, 400x, 12000x as your need;

5. Looking at the objective, adjust the height of the objective lens to adjustable height, do not touch coverslip, look at the eyepiece, increase the focal length a little until you can observe the detail.
